Welcome to MullBuddy AI ("MullBuddy AI", "we", "us", "our"), a service operated by WEARETRIBE LIMITED (Company Number: 15020905). By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise accessing or using MullBuddy AI (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. About the Service

MullBuddy AI is an AI-powered business assistant platform designed to support users with business planning, strategy, marketing, operations, content generation, analysis, and related business activities.

The Service may utilise multiple third-party artificial intelligence providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and other providers. MullBuddy AI provides the user interface, workflows, business tools, and account management functionality, while AI-generated outputs are produced through underlying third-party models.

Access to the Service may be provided through subscription plans, credit-based usage, one-time purchases, or a combination thereof, as specified on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the applicable age requirements;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Security

4. Payments, Credits and Billing

Fees

Credits

Where credits are offered, credits are pre-paid units that may be consumed when using AI features or other metered services.

Subscription Plans

Where subscriptions are offered:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance;
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date;
• You may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credit Expiry

Any expiry period for credits will be displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, unused credits may expire after the applicable expiry period.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except:

• Where required by applicable law;
• Where we expressly agree otherwise in writing;
• Where the Service is permanently discontinued by us without cause attributable to you.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
• Generate, distribute, or promote unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content;
• Create or disseminate malware, viruses, or malicious code;
• Generate content involving child exploitation, sexual abuse, terrorism, or unlawful violence;
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, reproduce, or discover underlying AI model weights, prompts, systems, or proprietary technologies;
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or payment mechanisms;
• Share access credentials with unauthorised users;
• Resell or commercially exploit access to the Service without our written permission.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Inputs

You retain ownership of content, prompts, files, and information submitted to the Service ("Inputs").

AI Outputs

Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you own or may use the outputs generated specifically for you through the Service ("Outputs").

Licence to Operate the Service

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process Inputs and Outputs solely as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Service.

Our Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, software, branding, workflows, interfaces, documentation, and proprietary materials remain the property of MullBuddy AI and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service itself.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure services.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose;
• Outputs should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, tax, regulatory, or professional advice;
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before acting upon it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

8. Availability and Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of the Service at any time.

While we aim to provide reliable service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, outages, third-party service failures, and technical issues may affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEARETRIBE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect losses;
• Consequential losses;
• Loss of profits;
• Loss of revenue;
• Loss of business opportunities;
• Loss of data;
• Loss of goodwill;

arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
• £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEARETRIBE LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms;
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• Continued access presents a risk to the Service, our users, or third parties.

Upon termination:

• Any unused credits may be forfeited;
• We may delete or restrict access to account data in accordance with applicable laws and our retention policies.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
